Every year thousands of students from the northeast Georgia area experience the joy and wonder of live ballet as part of the Gainesville Ballet Company's school matinee performances.
Held on the Thursday and Friday of each public performance, these matinees are specifically designed to capture the interest of students from kindergarten through high school. The beautiful and historic Pearce Auditorium at Brenau University provides the mesmerizing atmosphere for the always entertaining and educational experience.
